Client’s Responsibility
It is the Client’s responsibility to be fully prepared, including hair, makeup, and wardrobe, prior to the agreed-upon start time.
Promptness
The Client acknowledges that any delays caused by their lack of readiness may result in a shortened photoshoot duration, and the Photographer is not responsible for capturing any missed moments due to delays caused by the Client.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a total fee of $0 for the services provided before the photoshoot session.
A non-refundable deposit of $0 is required to secure the date and time of the photoshoot. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of rescheduling, the client has to notify 7 days ahead. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date and time.
Image Delivery
The Photographer will deliver the edited high-resolution images to the Client within 8 days after the photoshoot date.
The Client will receive the images via a WeTransfer link, that lasts for 25 days. It is advisable to download images as soon as the link is received.
Additional Services
Any additional services requested by the Client that are not included in this Agreement may be subject to additional fees.
Liability
The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses or additional costs incurred during the photoshoot.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
