Photography Agreement

This contract is made effective as of [Date of signing], by and between [Name inputted in “Full name” section] (“Client”), and Madulab Visuals (“Photographer”)

The parties agree as follows:

EVENT INFORMATION

  • Schedule: 1st Nov, 2024 at 4:00pm.
  • Location: 14754 Manahan Road, Sabillasville, Md 21780
  • Duration: 4 hours (4pm – 8pm)

PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE
Value Package – $600 $400

  • 4 hours.
  • Delivery of all images.
  • High resolution

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Any additional services requested by the Client that are not included in this Agreement may be subject to additional fees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

a. The Photographer is responsible for providing professional photography services and delivering the final images as described in this Contract.

b. The Client is responsible for providing a point of contact for the photographer, and order of event.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of 30% ($120) is due upon signing this Contract to secure the Photographer’s services for the date specified. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total fee.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of 70% ($280) is due a day before the event.

DELIVERABLES

The Photographer agrees to deliver the edited high-resolution digital images to the Client within 10 days after the event. The “Client” will receive the images via media link.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable.

In case of rescheduling, the client has to notify 7 days ahead. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date and time.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
